A 16-year-old boy was shot in the back at an East Harlem housing complex Wednesday, cops said.

The victim was shot at a building on E. 102nd St. near the FDR Drive in the Housing Authority’s East River Houses around 12:59 p.m., cops said.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the teen was shot inside or outside the building. A police spokesperson could not confirm a report that he was shot inside the lobby.

Medics rushed the victim to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.

There were no arrests.
