Police identified the woman whose skeletal remains were found off the Jackie Robinson Parkway over the summer, the NYPD said last Thursday.

The bones of Christina G. Purdie, 27, of Kenilworth Place in Brooklyn, were discovered off the roadway near Vermont Place in Glendale Aug. 6.

Workers from the city Department of Transportation had discovered possible skeletal remains in a grassy area near the westbound Exit 1 near Highland Boulevard at around 10:30 that morning, police had reported.

The Chief Medical Examiner deemed the incident a homicide last month, according to police. The NYPD also had released images of the jewelry and tattoo belonging to the person found.
