She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Annadale, Staten Island over 60 years. “Terry had a deep commitment to the welfare of children,” reads her obituary. She was godmother to 16 nieces and nephews. She was a multi-award Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the Department of Health, City of New York, says her obituary. “She was a gratified sister of a US Navy and US Air Force veterans and proud aunt of US Air Force and US Marine veterans. She was a Major in the US Army Reserve and the widow of Manuel Set Ocampo, United States Navy,” reads her obituary, available on SILive.

Born in Port Richmond, she moved to Grasmere in 1959 with her late husband Charles A. Kramer Jr. after their marriage, and the couple settled in Meiers Corners in 1965.
