After setting a career-high in passing yards (380) last Sunday night in Baltimore, the New England Patriots quarterback set a career high in passing touchdowns (five) against the New York Jets in a nearly perfect performance at MetLife Stadium.

The result was one-sided shellacking, as the Patriots led 35-3 at halftime and never looked back en route to a 42-10 victory. New England sits just behind the Broncos as the AFC’s No. 2 seed and can earn the No. 1 seed with a win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 18 and a Denver loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
