Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization signed a 12,000 s/f, five-year lease across the entire fourth floor at 520 West 25th St. with Series, a new AI social network platform.
Series, co-founded by Nathaneo Johnson and Sean Hargrow, offers a novel approach to digital connection. Through an AI-powered agent known as an “AI friend,” users can request support for projects or initiatives, such as business planning or app development. The platform intelligently connects individuals with others in the network who possess the expertise to assist, fostering meaningful and effective collaboration.
