DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) -On Saturday night, Miss Freeport, LaRae Smith, was crowned National Peanut Festival queen.
Per her Facebook page, she is a 12th grader at Freeport High School in Walton County, Florida.

She will represent the Peanut Festival in several events during the next year with her victory.
Her post said she has been involved in pageants since she was 6.
