A 63-year-old man in Western New York has died after falling out of a window eight stories high, according to police.
On January 4th, around 12:15 p.m., the Lockport Police Department and Lockport Fire Department responded to an apartment building on Main Street after receiving a report that someone had fallen from a rear window, according to a police news release.
Officers found the victim, whose name has not been released, outside the building. He was taken to the Erie County Medical Examiner’s Office by the Niagara County Coroner’s Office for an autopsy.
His family has been notified by officials. An investigation into this incident is ongoing.
