The New York Giants will begin conducting interviews for their head coaching vacancy this week.
Two of the interviews are reportedly with the Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and soon-to-be former Washington Commanders offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury.
Joseph, 53, is currently enjoying a first-round bye with the Broncos. He has been their DC under head coach Sean Payton since 2023. Joseph has head coaching experience, having been the Broncos’ head coach from 2017-18. He has been coaching in the NFL since 2005 and has been the defensive coordinator in Arizona and Miami in his career.
Kingsbury, 46, also has NFL head coaching experience (Arizona, 2019-22) as well as in college (Texas Tech, 2013-18). A former college and pro quarterback, Kingsbury is one of the best offensive minds in the league and could be an excellent choice to enhance Jaxson Dart’s vertical passing game.
