Famed corporate raider Carl Icahn relocated to Miami’s exclusive Indian Creek Village island from New York in 2018. Seven years later, the billionaire is still trying to unload his New York City penthouse, and the price keeps getting lower.
Icahn and his wife, Gail Icahn, are relisting the unit for $23 million, according to listing agent Patricia Vance of Douglas Elliman. It is a significant discount from the $35 million he first listed it for in 2019; he subsequently dropped the price to $30 million before delisting the property in 2021.
