Friday marked four years since a devastating fire tore through the Twin Parks apartment building in the Bronx, killing 17 people, including eight children.
Investigators eventually ruled that the deadly fire was caused by a malfunctioning space heater, and further spread because self-closing doors failed to shut properly.
Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson joined “News All Day” to reflect on the somber anniversary.
