Sarah Burger, a recently elected county supervisor from Saratoga Springs, has been arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Sources tell NewsChannel 13 that Burger was charged late Saturday in Saratoga Springs by New York State Park Police. Sources tell NewsChannel 13 she had a BAC of .13. Burger, who previously served as a city attorney, won election in November advocating for an earlier closing time for bars in the county.
State park police are not commenting on the arrest, stating that any information would have to be requested via the Freedom of Information Law.
