Six people were injured in a fire that erupted Monday inside a Bronx housing development.
The fire broke out in a fifth-floor apartment inside a Morris Ave. building near E. 140th St. located within the Patterson Houses in Mott Haven shortly after 9 p.m., firefighters said.
Medics rushed two patients to Lincoln Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to an FDNY spokesman.
Four other patients were treated at the scene, but declined further medical attention.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
