BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — POLICE ARRESTED A woman accused of launching an antisemitic attack on a 26-year-old Orthodox Jewish father who was walking with his wife and four children near Nostrand Avenue and Willoughby Avenue late on Friday, according to the New York Post.
The victim told police the woman followed the family, shouting threats, including “I’m gonna kill you Jews” and “I’m going to choke you.” She punched the father in the chest and face around 11:20 p.m. Fearing for his children’s safety, the man stayed behind and called 911 while his family went home.
Officers arrested Isharae Summers, who was charged with assault and aggravated harassment as a hate crime. She was arraigned Sunday and released, police said.
