NEW YORK (PIX11) — A car became engulfed in flames as an eyewitness reported an “explosion” in front of the Whitney Museum of American Art in Manhattan on Saturday.
Footage by X user @hausofkostya shows the vehicle ablaze as slow-moving traffic passes by the scene.
He described the incident as a “car explosion.”
