\"Annin<\/a>There are several NJ Transit train stations within a 10-minute drive of the property, providing frequent service to Midtown Manhattan in under 40 minutes.<\/p>\n

Representatives of CBRE<\/a>, led by Jeffrey Dunne, Stuart MacKenzie, Eric Apfel, Travis Langer, and Eric Greenberg of CBRE Institutional Properties, announced the sale of Annin Lofts<\/a>, a Class A multifamily community in Verona, New Jersey. CBRE represented the seller, Russo Development, and procured the buyer, Bonjour Capital<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Completed in 2018, Annin Lofts is comprised of two buildings totaling 111 units. One of the structures was built from the ground up, while the other was converted to residential use through the adaptive reuse of the historic Annin Flag Factory. Apartments feature spacious open layouts with Class A luxury finishes, including stainless steel appliances, leather granite countertops, and vinyl wood plank flooring throughout. The property contains two rooftop terraces, a resident lounge with TVs and billiards, covered parking, and a dog run.<\/p>\n

Annin Lofts is situated within a mile of downtown Montclair, one of New Jersey\u2019s premier live-workplay destinations, characterized by numerous retailers, restaurants, and other entertainment options.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are pleased to have represented Russo Development on the disposition of this asset,\u201d said Dunne. \u201cRusso did a fantastic job converting the old factory while offering a unique residential experience of loft-style living with vaulted ceilings and oversized windows.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe received a lot of interest from the investor community given the location, quality, deal size, and overall performance of the asset,\u201d stated MacKenzie. \u201cNew supply is limited while tenant demand remains robust, given the proximity to Montclair\u2019s energetic downtown and seamless commutability to New York City.\u201d<\/p>\n
