Manhattan\u2019s Sunset Pier 94 Studios has found its first tenant ahead of the studio\u2019s opening later this month.<\/p>\n
Paramount Television Studios<\/a> has signed the facility\u2019s first lease to film Showtime\u2019s \u201cDexter: Resurrection<\/a>\u201d Season 2.
