White, who will be 95 when eligible for release, had faced a potential life sentence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">White was arrested May 13, 2025, after Titusville officers were dispatched to a BP gas station at 3460 Garden St., where White was arguing with the 13-year-old child near the rented Dodge Charger he was driving. The officer determined the child was listed as a runaway and placed her in a patrol car.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Both White and the girl confirmed that she met him on a beach in Hollywood and that she asked him to provide her with a ride to Kissimmee, police reported. White told police that he thought the child was 18 but was unable to confirm her age, reports show.
