The mix of snow and rain created some wet and slippery road conditions for drivers in The Bronx on Sunday.<\/p>\n
“The traffic is ridiculous. It’s horrible. And again, people don’t know how to drive in this weather,” Destiny, a driver, told News 12.<\/p>\n
The New York City Emergency Management Department also confirmed some black ice developed throughout the city overnight after a mix of the wet roads and the cold temperatures.<\/p>\n
The city recommends people stay indoors if they can, or to expect delays if they will be driving.<\/p>\n
