The NYPD is appealing to the public for help identifying the man seen in the attached photos who they say is wanted in connection with a menacing incident that occurred in the Wakefield section of The Bronx.<\/p>\n

Police said that on Sunday, Jan. 11, at around 4.15 p.m. at the intersection of East 232nd Street and White Plains Road, a 40-year-old male victim was engaged in a traffic dispute with an unidentified person.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
They said the suspect displayed a gun, threatened the victim, then displayed a knife and slashed all four of the victim\u2019s car tires. They said the suspect then fled the location in a gray Ford Explorer traveling westbound on East 232nd Street to parts unknown. They said there were no reported injuries as a result of the incident.<\/p>\n
Police said the suspect is described as male, and was last seen wearing a white jacket, white sweatpants, and tan boots.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD\u2019s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
