Singer-songwriter Kenny Loggins is demanding President Donald Trump remove his hit song “Danger Zone” from a controversial AI-generated video that depicts Trump dumping what appears to ben feces on protesters from a plane, Billboard has reported.

In a statement posted to Instagram Monday, Loggins said Trump’s use of his song in the clip shared Saturday was completely unauthorized and that “nobody asked me for my permission, which I would have denied.”

“I request that my recording on this video is removed immediately,” Loggins wrote. “I can’t imagine why anybody would want their music used or associated with something created with the sole purpose of dividing us. Too many people are trying to tear us apart, and we need to find new ways to come together.”

The AI video shows Trump wearing a crown while flying a plane that unleashes piles of feces onto AI-generated protesters holding signs on the streets below. The clip is set to “Danger Zone,” which was famously featured in the 1986 movie “Top Gun.”

The video is believed to be Trump’s response to nationwide “No Kings” demonstrations held throughout the country on Saturday, the report said.

“We’re all Americans, and we’re all patriotic,” Loggins added in his statement. “There is no ‘us and them’ — that’s not who we are, nor is it what we should be. It’s all of us. We’re in this together, and it is my hope that we can embrace music as a way of celebrating and uniting each and every one of us.”

According to the outlet, such AI videos have become a staple of Trump’s social media activity over the past year, but his pattern of using music without permission has been consistent throughout his political career.

Several weeks ago, members of Blue Öyster Cult took to social media to distance themselves from the president after their song “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper” was used in an AI clip mocking Democrats.

Since Trump’s first term in 2016, numerous artists including Beyoncé, the Foo Fighters, Adele, Celine Dion and Jack White have called out the administration for allegedly using their music in campaign materials without authorization, the report said.
