As the Southwest employee walked toward the gate, the visibly upset flight attendant trailed behind, dragging his suitcase and sneering before slamming her behavior as \u201cghetto.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s because it\u2019s Atlanta, y\u2019all have no respect for customer service. Y\u2019all need to clean it up, clean it up because I\u2019m just trying to take a flight,\u201d he continued, adding that he doesn\u2019t \u201chave to take Southwest, I can take Delta.\u201d<\/p>\n
Trying not to escalate things further, the Southwest gate agent can be seen raising her hand up and heard asking the enraged flight attendant to lower his \u201ctone,\u201d which appears to only outrage him more.<\/p>\n
\u201cGet your hands out of my face,\u201d he demands. \u201cYou are something. You are nothing. Where\u2019s your name tag at? You ghetto.\u201d<\/p>\n
The furious flight attendant ranted that coworkers had told him \u201cnot to come here\u201d and \u201cnot to transfer here\u201d because staff were \u201cridiculous and ghetto.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then tells him to take Delta back home if he\u2019s unhappy, prompting him to start boasting, \u201cI don\u2019t have to take Southwest, I can take Delta.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Southwest worker eventually walks away, as the flight attendant continues his rant to the traveler, recording the heated argument before the video ends.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s unclear what prompted the rival airline workers to start mouthing off at each other. <\/p>\n
The viral video, posted on Friday, had people in the comments torn over who to side with. <\/p>\n
\u201cATL does suck with their customer service, he ain\u2019t lying,\u201d one user claimed, siding with the Delta flight attendant.<\/p>\n
\u201cI understand where he\u2019s coming from, which is why I love self-service kiosks. Anything to avoid dealing with a human,\u201d wrote another.<\/p>\n

The uniformed male attendant had just landed at Atlanta Airport when he began calling out the female Southwest employee for what he claimed was poor customer service. @thecrewroom_\/Instagram<\/p>\n
\u201cNot just Atlanta, the entire state of Georgia has horrible customer service,\u201d added another. <\/p>\n
However, others called out the Delta employee for his lack of professionalism and for going off while repping the airline\u2019s uniform. <\/p>\n
\u201cSir you were doing too much in uniform,\u201d one user commented.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere is a time, place, and way to handle issues respectfully and professionally. He did neither. He allowed his ego to outshine his uniform. He should be required to do a public apology if he wants to keep his job. He misrepresented the Delta brand,\u201d another user added.<\/p>\n
