(WIBW) &#8211; A man was being held on a total bond of $1.2 million in the Riley County Jail following his arrest in connection with multiple drug crimes, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The man, identified as David Labombarbe, 39, of Manhattan, was booked around 2 p.m. Friday into the Riley County Jail in connection with offenses that included:<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u2022 Three counts of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u2022 One count for distribution or possession with intent to distribute heroin-fentanyl within 1,000 feet of a school<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u2022 One count for distribution of opiate, narcotic, certain stimulant-heroin within 1,000 feet of a school,<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u2022 One count for distribution of a certain depressant within 1,000 feet of a school<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u2022 One count for distribution or possession of a substance<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u2022 One count for possession of drug paraphernalia<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u2022 One count for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, plant or cultivate a controlled substance<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u2022 One count for possession criminal use of weapons. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"David Labombarbe, 39, of Manhattan, was booked around 2 p.m. Friday into the Riley County Jail...\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/1768933811_98_USU6LMJSURIUJHWNFMYQOE27AE.jpg\" width=\"980\" height=\"550\" \/>David Labombarbe, 39, of Manhattan, was booked around 2 p.m. Friday into the Riley County Jail in connection with multiple drug offenses, officials said.(WIBW)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials on Friday said Labombarbe had been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wibw.com\/2026\/01\/16\/pair-held-riley-county-jail-after-police-execute-search-warrant\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wibw.com\/2026\/01\/16\/pair-held-riley-county-jail-after-police-execute-search-warrant\/\">arrested and booked into the Riley County Jail on two occasions<\/a> earlier this past week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The original charges were filed on Dec. 30, 2025, officials said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Riley County District Court revoked Labombarbe\u2019s previous bond, officials said.
