He took his knack for BBQ to the next level in 2015 at the Memphis in May World Championship after earning 1st place poultry and 2nd place whole hog titles as part of team Salty Rinse, which led to the opening of Pig Beach, with popular locations in NYC in Brooklyn and Astoria, along with a location in West Palm Beach.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeat Bobby Flay,\u201d now in its 40th season, is one of Food Network\u2019s most popular and long-running programs, offering professional chefs the opportunity to show off their skills and try to outcook Flay in his own kitchen.
