The price was cut down to $7.3 million earlier this month. The final price to be paid, as well as the identity of the forthcoming owner, are not yet known.<\/p>\n<p>The ex-couple\u2019s viral \u2014 and beautifully maximalist \u2014 home hit the Brooklyn market days after Allen released her newest album, \u201cWest End Girl.\u201d The album\u2019s confessional lyrics, praised by critics and dissected by audiences, alluded to Allen and Harbour\u2019s 2024 split amid rumors of infidelity.<\/p>\n<p>Allen and Harbour called it quits in early 2025. WireImage<\/p>\n<p>The pair oversaw extensive and colorful renovations on the Brooklyn home since 2021. Compass<\/p>\n<p>The couple paid $3.3 million for the townhouse in 2021, according to city records. <\/p>\n<p>The pair tapped AD100 designer Billy Cotton and architect Ben Bischoff of MADE to undertake a splashy renovation.<\/p>\n<p>The historic townhome includes five bedrooms across four stories. Compass<\/p>\n<p>Allen\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/genius.com\/Lily-allen-west-end-girl-lyrics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">lyrics in the title song \u201cWest End Girl\u201d<\/a> described feeling pressured to buy the pricey pad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow I\u2019m looking at houses with four or five floors \/ And you\u2019ve found us a brownstone, said \u2018You want it? It\u2019s yours,\u201d\u2019 Allen wrote. <\/p>\n<p>Her lyrics continued: \u201cSo we went ahead and we bought it \/ Found ourselves a good mortgage \/ Billy Cotton got sorted \/ All the furniture ordered \/ I could never afford this \/ You were pushing it forward \/ Made me feel a bit awkward \/ Made me feel a bit awkward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The four-story, 22-foot-wide home opens to a parlor level lined with custom crown molding and floral wallpaper. Its eat-in kitchen overlooks Union Street from oversized windows, and a back deck leads to the private backyard\u2019s sauna and cold plunge. <\/p>\n<p>The richly carpeted primary suite. Compass<\/p>\n<p>The home\u2019s vibrant furnishings and floral wall decor extends to the full-floor primary suite upstairs, complete with dual walk-in closets and a fireplace. Four additional guest bedrooms occupy the floors above.<\/p>\n<p>Reps for the property\u2019s broker, Carl Gambino of Compass, confirmed the home is in-contract.
