On Sept. 4, 2025, Armani passed away at the age of 91.

Spanning about 2,005 square feet, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence is one of just two two-bedroom units in the building and reflects Armani’s famously pared-back, elegant aesthetic.

A semi-private elevator opens into a limestone-clad entry gallery, leading to a Madison Avenue-facing living room with oversized windows, 10-foot ceilings and custom parquet flooring.

The Madison Avenue home was custom designed for Armani himself, though he passed away before ever getting to use it.
