THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) \u2013 A new Bronx affordable housing lottery is offering $0 rent to eligible New Yorkers, according to a listing on NYC Housing Connect.<\/p>\n
The Stevenson Senior Residences, located at 1841 Seward Ave., has amenities like an outdoor terrace, community center, public transportation access, a shared laundry room and more. The complex is also pet-friendly, with two pets with a weight limit of up to 100 pounds each allowed and no deposit required.<\/p>\n
