Malliotakis responds to judge order to redraw NY-11"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A state judge in Manhattan has ordered the lines of New York&#8217;s 11th Congressional District \u2014 which covers Staten Island and southern Brooklyn \u2014 to be redrawn after ruling the district discriminates against Black and Latino voters.<\/p>\n<p>New York Republicans have denounced the decision as an attempt to steal an election in the only New York City House district that elects a Republican to Congress.<\/p>\n<p>Rep.
