Brooklyn Beckham<\/a> was told to put his hands on his mother Victoria\u2019s hips when they danced at his wedding, a DJ who performed at the celebrations has said.<\/p>\n

The budding chef, 26, claimed in a scathing online attack<\/a> that his mother Lady Beckham \u201chijacked\u201d his first dance with Nicola Peltz, 31, at their wedding in 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He claimed she \u201cdanced inappropriately on me\u201d<\/a>, leaving him feeling \u201chumiliated\u201d – with sources later claiming she wrapped her arms around him and nuzzled his neck.<\/p>\n

DJ Fat Tony, who performed at the wedding, has now waded into the furore to describe the \u201creally awkward\u201d moment.<\/p>\n

Appearing on This Morning on Friday, he said: “I [DJ\u2019d at the wedding brunch] which was the most awkward part of it all because that’s when everything was discussed from the night before.<\/p>\n

Addressing Victoria’s dancing, he said: “There was no slut dropping, there was no PVC catsuit, there was no Spice Girls actions.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cThe word \u2018inappropriate”\u2019 why I said it was as well, it was the timing, this is what happened…\u201d<\/p>\n

He said US singer Marc Anthony called Brooklyn to the stage and then asked “the most beautiful woman in the room” to join him, before naming Victoria.<\/p>\n

He revealed that Brooklyn looked \u201cdevastated\u201d at the fact his first dance was with Victoria and not his wife.<\/p>\n

\u201cNicola leaves the room crying her eyes out. Marc says, ‘Put your hands on your mother’s hips!’ It was a latin thing and that whole situation was really awkward for everyone in the room.\u201d<\/p>\n

He went on: \u201cI\u2019ve done an awful lot of Beckham parties in the past and they\u2019re a very dancey, very close-knit family. They love to dance.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is all about how Brooklyn feels. If he felt that it was inappropriate and awkward then it was inappropriate and awkward.\u201d<\/p>\n

His interview comes after he backed up Brooklyn\u2019s accusations about Victoria\u2019s dancing<\/a>, writing online: \u201cIt\u2019s true, I was there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Standard contacted Victoria\u2019s representative for comment at the time.<\/p>\n

Recalling the dance, Brooklyn wrote on his Instagram Stories: “Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead.<\/p>\n

“She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment.”<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, insiders shared apparent details of the wedding dance with Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe [Victoria] was dancing with him very inappropriately. She took that moment from Nicola, that is the god\u2019s truth,\u201d a source said.<\/p>\n

\u201cNicola ran out crying. The Beckhams\u2019 side of the room was cheering and the Peltz side was quiet.<\/p>\n

\u201cNicola\u2019s friends were saying, \u2018You have to go back down.\u2019 Her face was swollen. She finally came down and was sad the entire evening, it was so heartbreaking.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, a separate source told The Sun that Victoria and David are \u201cbaffled\u201d by the accusations as guests were \u201clapping it up\u201d at the wedding and no concerns about her dancing were raised at the time.<\/p>\n

They said Victoria was \u201ca tad tipsy and having fun\u201d and Nicola \u201cdidn\u2019t want Brooklyn to dance with his mum at all \u2013 so kicked off about it\u201d.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn shared a six-page statement earlier this week blasting his \u201ccontrolling\u201d parents<\/a> and accusing them of trying to \u201cruin\u201d his marriage to Nicola following months of rumours about a family feud<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He claimed Victoria pulled out of making Nicola\u2019s wedding dress at the last minute and that she and David attempted to \u201cbribe\u201d him into \u201csigning away the rights to my name\u201d.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn also criticised his father, claiming that despite travelling to the UK for Sir David\u2019s 50th birthday<\/a>, repeated requests to meet beforehand were ignored.
