NEW YORK (PIX11) \u2014 Schools in New York and New Jersey have announced closings and delays for Tuesday as the tri-state area continues to dig out of the snow<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The fate of New York City public schools<\/a> has yet to be determined by officials, according to Mayor Zohran Mamdani.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re going to be sharing that decision with New Yorkers soon, around tomorrow and the days to come,\u201d Mamdani said during a snowstorm recovery update on Monday.<\/p>\n

Sacred Heart Religious Education Program: Religious classes canceled<\/p>\n

St. David\u2019s School: 90-minute delay<\/p>\n

St. Dominic Elementary School: Remote learning<\/p>\n

St. Dominic High School: Remote learning<\/p>\n

St. Frances Cabrini: Religious classes canceled<\/p>\n

St. Paul the Apostle Religious Education: Classes canceled<\/p>\n

White Plains City School District: 2-hour delay<\/p>\n

Academy ELCC Christian: Delayed start 8:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

Barnegat Township: 2-hour delay<\/p>\n

Denville Township: 2-hour delay<\/p>\n

Educational Services Commission of NJ: 1-hour delay<\/p>\n

Englewood Cliffs School District: 2-hour delay<\/p>\n

Greenwood Township School District: 2-hour delay<\/p>\n
