In recent years, the New York Road Runners (NYRR) RBC Brooklyn Half<\/a> has become recognized as one of the largest half marathons in the country, touting nearly 28,500 participants in 2025. Now in its 44th year, runners will once again embark on a 13.1-mile journey through Brooklyn on Saturday, May 16, starting at Prospect Park (the same spot that the NYC Half, also organized by NYRR, kicks off) and finishing on the famous Coney Island boardwalk.

If you didn\u2019t get in when acceptance notifications went out for the 2026 event, Runner\u2019s World+ members still have another opportunity to join in on the fun this spring. We\u2019re offering a\u202f chance to receive one of four free guaranteed race entries, the possibility to be featured in Runner\u2019s World, plus all of the benefits below that you receive as a member:<\/p>\n

How can you get selected?<\/p>\n

We\u2019re looking<\/a> for RW+ members with various running experiences who would like to race the Brooklyn Half in May.
