LOS ANGELES – It\u2019s incredibly rare when a contestant willingly chooses to leave “The Masked Singer” \u2013 but that\u2019s exactly what happened on Wednesday\u2019s new episode.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Contestants Cat Witch, Stingray, Queen Corgi and Galaxy Girl battled it out during Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night, which celebrated 40 years of the franchise.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Plus, a new wildcard contestant joined “The Masked Singer” stage, with the series revealing 14 Karat Carrot.\u00a0<\/p>\n
But it\u2019s unclear who gave the weakest performance of the evening, because Queen Corgi announced she was bowing out from the FOX competition series before a celebrity could be eliminated.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Who is Queen Corgi? <\/p>\n

Prior to the reveal, Queen Corgi said, “I just feel my time has come. I\u2019ve learned so much about myself. But my time is up.”<\/p>\n
She added, “There\u2019s so many amazing contestants, and I want them to have the best experience, so I am bowing out.”<\/p>\n
Queen Corgi was revealed as Claudia Oshry, host of “The Toast” podcast.<\/p>\n

“My dream is to be a pop star; I got to live out my dream,” Oshry told the audience, adding, “I just had a baby like four months ago, so I feel like I couldn\u2019t turn down this opportunity.”\u00a0<\/p>\n
She continued: “My baby needs me. I feel like this time is so special, so I want to be with him.”<\/p>\n

But this isn\u2019t the first time a contestant of “The Masked Singer” has decided to leave the show mid-season.<\/p>\n
In 2022, Scarecrow willingly bowed out of the competition, but not before revealing herself.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Blair is known for her role as Regan MacNeil in “The Exorcist” for which she won a Golden Globe and received an Oscar nod.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n “I know it shocked everybody.
