The NYPD is asking for the public\u2019s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo who they say is wanted in connection with a robbery of an elderly person that occurred in the Fordham Heights section of The Bronx.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Police said that on Saturday, Jan. 10, at around 7.30 a.m. in front 2305 Ryer Avenue, an unidentified person shoved a 72-year-old male victim against a fence, searched his back pants pocket, and removed his wallet. \u201cThe victim\u2019s wallet contained approximately $150, a debit card, and multiple identification cards,\u201d police said. \u201cThe individual then fled the location on foot, traveling northbound on Ryer Avenue to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.\u201d<\/p>\n

Police said the suspect is described as male, and was last seen wearing a green ski-mask, a black jacket, gray sweatpants and black sneakers.<\/p>\n
