The New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY), a chapter of the nation\u2019s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today condemned\u00a0an alleged antisemitic assault\u00a0in Forest Hills,\u00a0Queens, in which a rabbi was\u00a0reportedly\u00a0verbally harassed and physically attacked.\u00a0The incident is being\u00a0investigated as a hate crime by\u00a0law enforcement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

No New Yorker should be subjected to verbal abuse, intimidation, or threats because of their faith, identity, or background.
