Hunter Biden says it doesn\u2019t matter that he has \u201cghosted\u201d his 7-year-old daughter with ex-stripper Lunden Roberts because he never agreed to be a part of her life, according to a stone-hearted new legal filing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 55-year-old former first son argued Tuesday in new court papers that the contentious Arkansas child support case for daughter Navy Joan Roberts shouldn\u2019t be reopened after he and his baby mama\u00a0settled in 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But Roberts, 34, earlier this month said Hunter should be jailed for failing to uphold his end of the bargain, claiming he\u2019s\u00a0refusing to talk to Navy<\/a>\u00a0and not giving her pieces of his artwork before it dramatically plunged in value after his dad left office.<\/p>\n

Roberts is also seeking an increase in child support payments from Hunter.<\/p>\n

\u201cAny failure to communicate with the Child is not punishable by contempt, as the Order does not order Defendant to communicate with the Child,\u201d Biden\u2019s lawyer, Brent Langdon,\u00a0wrote in the documents.<\/p>\n

Former President Joe Biden\u2019s son has five children \u2014 three of whom he shares with ex-wife Kathleen Buhle and one he has with current wife Melissa Cohen.<\/p>\n

Hunter said he never agreed to a date by which his paintings had to be turned over to Navy, the filing claims.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven if no paintings had been given to the Child to date, such would not violate the Order, because as long as thirty paintings are assigned to the Child by Defendant will have complied with the Order,\u201d Langdon wrote.<\/p>\n

Roberts and Hunter closed the case in June 2023 after Roberts agreed to drop her demand for Navy to take the Biden family name.<\/p>\n

At the time Roberts also agreed to accept lower monthly support payments of $5,000 \u2014 down from $20,000.<\/p>\n

The agreement laid out that Hunter, whose paintings\u00a0commanded six-figure sums<\/a>\u00a0while Joe Biden was in office, would give his works to the young girl, or give her the proceeds from any of their sales.<\/p>\n

Hunter has since complained that he can\u2019t sell his work and that his paintings are now going for a fraction of their previous price.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Roberts in the bombshell filing from Jan. 16 said a \u201cclassless\u201d Hunter had \u201cghosted\u201d his little girl \u2014 who had begun realizing she\u2019s living a very different lifestyle from her half-siblings<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is axiomatic that no one can force Mr. Biden into being a good dad for MC1, but this court can make it so that MC1 has, at least, the same level of support as MC1\u2019s younger half-brother,\u201d Roberts\u2019 lawyer wrote at the time, referring to Navy as MC1 \u2014 or minor child 1.<\/p>\n

Since the start of their messy support case, Roberts and her lawyers have made claims \u201cmerely for the purpose of embarrassing\u00a0[Hunter] and making a national spectacle of [Hunter\u2019s] personal life,\u201d Langdon blasted in the latest filing.<\/p>\n

And any allegations about Navy\u2019s emotional state, her relationship with her dad or the degree that they have bonded \u201care not relevant\u201d as Roberts seeks to hold Hunter in contempt and get more money from him, Langdon wrote.<\/p>\n
