Jeffrey Epstein<\/a>\u00a0claimed in July 2013 that\u00a0Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates<\/a>, one of the world\u2019s richest men, asked one of his advisers to provide him with medicine to treat\u00a0sexually transmitted diseases<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 the consequences of \u201csex with Russian girls.\u201d<\/p>\n

The late convicted pedophile\u2019s stunning allegations\u00a0\u2014 which were rejected as \u201ccompletely false\u201d by a Gates\u2019s spokesperson \u2014\u00a0were included in a tranche of\u00a03.5 million pages\u00a0of documents\u00a0released by the Justice Department Friday<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Epstein appeared to be making the claims in a draft\u00a0statement\u00a0on behalf of Gates\u2019 longtime science adviser, Boris Nikolic, announcing his intent to leave the\u00a0Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cDuring the past few weeks I have been caught up in a severe marital dispute between Melinda and Bill,\u201d Epstein wrote in Nikolic\u2019s voice on July 18, 2013.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026 In my role as his right hand I had been asked on mulitple occassion\u00a0[sic] and in hindsight, wrongly acquiesced into participating in things that have ranged from the morally inappropriate, to the ethically unsound and had been repeatedly asked to do other things that get near and potentially over the line into the illegal,\u201d Epstein continued.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026 From helping Bill to get drugs, in order to deal with consequences of sex with russian girls, to facilictating\u00a0[sic] his illicit trysts, with married women, to being asked to provide adderall [for] bridge [tournaments] . I feel I owe it to my friends and futre\u00a0[sic] colleagues to admit a moral failure , to ask forgiveness and to move on with my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a separate draft email to Gates, Epstein as Nikolic accused the billionaire of engineering a \u201ccover up [sic] so that you can maintain the reputation that you have worked so hard to achieve\u201d \u2014 and\u00a0secretly slipping antibiotics to his then-wife Melinda French Gates.<\/p>\n

\u201c[You] implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std [sic], your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda, and the description of your penis,\u201d the draft went on. \u201c\u2026 I am concerned that if Melinda decides as you said to file for a public divorce, the damage done to the pledge program alone would result in billions of dollars of money no longer being used for social good as Im [sic] sure that some wives and husbands would feel free to retreat from their commitments.\u201d<\/p>\n

Epstein had\u00a0threatened to expose<\/a>\u00a0Gates\u2019 alleged affair\u00a0<\/a>with Russian bridge player Mila Antonova in 2017 purportedly because Bill wouldn\u2019t join a charitable fund the financier began with JP Morgan Chase, The Wall Street Journal previously reported.<\/p>\n

Here is the latest on Jeffrey Epstein documents released by DOJ:<\/p>\n

The following month, Nikolic wrote back to Epstein that he was\u00a0going to receive compensation for two years for a \u201cdeal\u201d involving the Gates Foundation until \u201cwork stops.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201clarry is a bad bad guy,\u201d Nikolic continued. \u201che said you and bill never finished the deal re foundation medicine , so there currently is no deal.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear if the email is suggesting the involvement of former Harvard President Larry Summers, who appeared in previous DOJ disclosures, in the purported deal.<\/p>\n

\u201che said that bill would make some calls or send a letter of recomendation\u00a0[sic]. I don\u2019t think he has spoken to bill on any of this, he is melindas\u00a0[sic] boy, he said he is a manager of bg3,\u201d added Gates\u2019 science adviser, referring to Gates Ventures, which handles personal philanthropic investments.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only thing these documents demonstrate is Epstein\u2019s frustration that he did not have an ongoing relationship with Gates and the lengths he would go to entrap and defame,\u201d the rep added.<\/p>\n

Gates has repeatedly claimed in the past that his relationship with the financier was\u00a0solely focused on philanthropic efforts. At least seven drafts of the email, written July 17-18, 2013, can be found in the records published by the DOJ.<\/p>\n

Melinda French Gates founded the women-focused investment firm Pivotal Ventures after her divorce from Bill Gates in 2021.\u00a0Reps for the organization did not immediately respond to a request for comment.<\/p>\n

The same year as their divorce, Bill Gates told CNN of Epstein: \u201cIt was a huge mistake to spend time with him, to give him the credibility of being there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Melinda Gates French said in a 2022 interview of her ex-husband: \u201cI did not like that he had meetings with Jeffrey Epstein, no. I made that clear to him,\u201d She also acknowledged she had met Epstein once because she also \u201cwanted to see who\u201d he was.<\/p>\n

\u201cI regretted it the second I walked in the door,\u201d Melinda acknowledged of her crossing paths with the convicted sex offender. \u201cHe was abhorrent. He was evil personified. My heart breaks for these women.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bill and Melinda married in 1994 and co-founded the Gates Foundation, which has spent more than $100 billion on philanthropic work since its inception.<\/p>\n

Friday\u2019s disclosures included new pictures of Gates \u2014 including one photograph of the billionaire smiling next to a woman whose face has been blacked out.<\/p>\n

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche told reporters ahead of the DOJ\u2019s release that the feds\u2019 review of the Epstein files aired on the side of caution by redacting all women \u2014 except the deceased financier\u2019s madam Ghislaine Maxwell.<\/p>\n

Gates, now 70, joined Epstein for dinner at the latter\u2019s Upper East Side townhouse in 2011,\u00a0according to the New York Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Another photo allegedly taken by Epstein\u00a0shows himself and Gates<\/a>\u00a0at Microsoft\u2019s Seattle-area headquarters in March 2014.<\/p>\n

Both encounters took place years after Epstein registered as a sex offender after copping to state charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution in 2008.<\/p>\n

The pedophile served 13 months in prison, most of it on work release, before being arrested more than a decade later, in July 2019, on sex trafficking charges.<\/p>\n

Epstein, 66, died in his Manhattan jail cell the following month, in what authorities later ruled a suicide.<\/p>\n

He had fraternized with powerful world leaders like former President Bill Clinton, Hollywood celebrities such as Kevin Spacey, academics like Noam Chomsky and various business leaders \u2014 including then-real estate magnate Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t have any business relationship or friendship with him,\u201d Gates told the Journal of Epstein in 2019. \u201cI didn\u2019t go to New Mexico or Florida or Palm Beach or any of that.\u201d<\/p>\n
