A teenage boy accused of killing his Oklahoma mom <\/a>bludgeoned her with a hammer so savagely that her head and face were deformed in the attack, court documents revealed.<\/p>\n

Jordan Weems, 16, was charged with murder after chillingly admitting to cops he ambushed and struck mom-of-five Spring Weems, 49, and then brutalized her with more than a dozen blows after she fell, according to prosectors.<\/p>\n

Spring, who was Weems\u2019 adoptive mom, was found Jan. 28 dumped in a garbage can at the family\u2019s $340,000 home in the Oklahoma City suburb of Edmond. <\/p>\n

Weems allegedly put her body in the can before rolling it to the curb.<\/p>\n

Weems allegedly killed Spring five years after writing a gushing note that said how much he loved her.<\/p>\n

\u201cDear mom, I love you because you are smart, kind and you are very loving. That\u2019s what I love about you,\u201d the note from 2021, which was signed Jordan Weems when he was 11, said.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors described a cold-blooded surprise attack, which Weems plotted after making threats against Spring days earlier. <\/p>\n

Weems penned a note where he gushed about his adoptive mother \u2013 around five years before allegedly killing her Facebook<\/p>\n

\u201cThe facts and evidence show that this was not a crime of passion or an instantaneous decision,\u201d prosecutors said.<\/p>\n

Court docs added: \u201cThe evidence shows massive damage to the face and head of the victim by a blunt object, deforming the head and face of the victim and causing her apparent death.\u201d<\/p>\n

High school student Weems allegedly bludgeoned his adoptive mom to death after she came upon him unexpectedly in the kitchen of the family home.<\/p>\n

He is also accused of fabricating evidence and lying to the rest of his family to cover up the killing.<\/p>\n

Her body was found stuffed in a trash can near her Oklahoma home. KOCO NEWS<\/p>\n

Just one day before her body was found, Weems allegedly told one sibling that she was helping their older sister with her new baby \u2014 an attempt to deflect questions about why Spring hasn\u2019t been seen, according to docs. <\/p>\n

The sister said she had not seen Spring either.<\/p>\n
