The unhinged woman who allegedly whacked a Brooklyn restaurant patron<\/a> with a glass bottle before socking four others was cut loose by a judge Monday \u2014 even as prosecutors\u2019 pushed to hold her on bail.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hilda Grullon, 44 \u2013 accused of randomly bludgeoning a 63-year-old man dining inside<\/a> the Prospect Heights Tex-Mex joint Burrito Bar & Kitchen before randomly attacking four other people on the street Saturday \u2013 was granted supervised release by Judge Jacob Zelmanovitz.<\/p>\n

The deranged suspect \u2013 who sources say has seven prior convictions, including for assaults \u2013 was sprung despite prosecutors\u2019 request that she be held on $40,000 cash bail or $80,000 bond, the DA\u2019s office said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Grullon allegedly attacked her<\/a> first unsuspecting victim inside the eatery on Flatbush Avenue near Prospect Place around 3:30 p.m., cops said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She then barreled out of the eatery and ambushed four more people \u2014 including a 52-year-old man and two women, 20 and 53, whom she clobbered in the face.<\/p>\n

She bashed one of those victims with a cell phone, court papers claimed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The male pedestrian was walking ahead of his wife and two kids, 8 and 5, when he was hit, the complaint said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

During her spree, Grullon also yelled and cursed as she swung a knife at another woman, court papers said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

That victim was not hit, but shaken as Grullon allegedly menaced her, according to court docs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cShe didn\u2019t have any facial expression, like, \u2018I\u2019m angry\u2019 or whatever,\u201d one of the victims, who asked to remain anonymous, previously told The Post of her attacker. \u201cShe just had a stone face.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe looks well put together,\u201d the victim added. \u201cShe doesn\u2019t look homeless, she doesn\u2019t look dirty. Except for the blood streaming down one side of her face.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grullon faces a laundry list of charges, including assault, attempted assault, menacing, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment, according to the complaint.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She\u2019s due back in court on June 1, online records show.<\/p>\n

Zelmanovitz, whose career on the bench spans more than 20 years, was officially inducted as a Civil Court judge back in June, but was \u201cseconded\u201d to Criminal Court for an \u201cundisclosed amount of time,\u201d The Brooklyn Eagle previously reported<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At the time, he said his colleagues considered him a \u201clawyer\u2019s lawyer.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
