The New York Giants<\/a> will hire Matt Nagy as their offensive coordinator, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.<\/p>\n

Nagy spent the past three seasons as the Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>‘ offensive coordinator and had been linked to multiple head coaching vacancies and offensive coordinator openings this offseason.<\/p>\n

Nagy’s contract in Kansas City expired last month. Although Kansas City brought back Eric Bieniemy to replace him as offensive coordinator, Chiefs coach Andy Reid recently advocated for Nagy to get a head coaching job.<\/p>\n

Nagy will have a high-profile role in New York under new coach John Harbaugh and second-year quarterback Jaxson Dart<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Giants had been linked to Todd Monken, Harbaugh’s offensive coordinator with the Baltimore Ravens<\/a> who ultimately was hired to become the new head coach of the Cleveland Browns<\/a>.br\/]<\/p>\n
