Police said Tuesday they are looking for the parents or guardians of a girl found alone outside a McDonald\u2019s in the Bronx on Monday night.<\/p>\n
The girl is between 10 and 13 years old and was discovered at 36 West Fordham Rd. in University Heights without adult supervision around 10:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.<\/p>\n
She was taken to North Central Bronx Hospital in stable condition, officials said.<\/p>\n
Police have not released her name, and said she appears to be nonverbal.<\/p>\n
They described her as about 5\u20192\u201d and 80 pounds and said she was found wearing a pink sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and black sandals.<\/p>\n
Officials are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the NYPD\u2019s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 888-57-PISTA (74782).
