Polls are now open for special elections for three seats in the New York State Legislature.<\/p>\n

The seats on the ballot Tuesday are:<\/p>\n

36th Assembly District in Queens, the seat previously held by Mayor Zohran Mamdani<\/p>\n

74th Assembly District in Manhattan, the seat previously held by Harvey Epstein, who is now on the City Council<\/p>\n

47th Senate District in Manhattan, previously held by Brad Hoylman-Sigal, who became Manhattan borough president<\/p>\n

Early voting started Sat. Jan. 24, but was suspended the next two days due to the winter storm.<\/p>\n

On Election Day, polls are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n
