Field personnel were inspecting and cleaning drains ahead of the storm. Personnel will continue to be positioned at critical locations ready to respond quickly.<\/p>\n
NYC Transit Department of Buses personnel will have detours prepared in the event of flooding.<\/p>\n
The MTA says emergency generators will be ready in the event of a power outage.<\/p>\n
MTA Bridges and Tunnel personnel will be on standby for any incidents or emergencies.<\/p>\n
Long Island Rail Road crews will be in position to minimize service disruptions.<\/p>\n
Additional personnel will be added to quickly address any challenges caused by flooding, downed trees and other potential storm damage until the nor’easter exits the region.<\/p>\n
