As a result, some users attempting to submit their state return are seeing error messages or notifications saying the return cannot be filed at this time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1385\">TurboTax\u2019s parent company, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intuit.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Intuit<\/a>, has acknowledged the issue through customer support channels, saying a software update is needed before affected returns can be accepted.
