They have 24 players who can become UFAs and one player who can become a restricted free agent.<\/p>\n<p>Here are notes on the Jets&#8217; 13 offensive players who will be deciding whether to re-up with the Green &amp; White or move on and whom the Jets will be deciding whether to try to re-sign or let go.<\/p>\n<p>\n  Quarterback<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/tyrod-taylor\/\" title=\"Tyrod Taylor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tyrod Taylor<\/a> \u2014 Was more active in his second season with the team than in &#8217;24 although a knee injury kept him sidelined for 7 games. Got 4 starts and won his first as a Jet (Atlanta). Took 251 offensive snaps over 6 games, directing 7 touchdown drives and throwing 5 TD passes to 5 INTs in his 15th pro season.<\/p>\n<p>\n  Running Back<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/breece-hall\/\" title=\"Breece Hall\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Breece Hall<\/a>\u2014 Coming off a strong season in several respects. Cleared the 1,000-yard rushing hurdle for the first time in his 4-year Jets career. Receiving totals were down from previous 2 seasons but still averaged 9.7 yards\/catch and his 1,415 scrimmage yards finished 10th among NFL backs, One of only 3 RBs in &#8217;25 to throw a TD pass (at Bengals).<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/kene-nwangwu\/\" title=\"Kene Nwangwu\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kene Nwangwu<\/a> \u2014 Had 27 offensive snaps, most of them in the last 2 games, but starred on kickoff returns. Had fifth KO-return TD of his career vs. Cleveland and his 33.6 yards\/return was best in the NFL for all players with at least 18 returns.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/khalil-herbert\/\" title=\"Khalil Herbert\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Khalil Herbert<\/a> \u2014 Signed as a FA in October. Played in 7 games, getting 112 snaps split almost evenly between offense and ST. Finished season with 16 carries for 52 yards plus 1 catch for 4 yards.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/andrew-beck\/\" title=\"Andrew Beck\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Andrew Beck<\/a> \u2014 Versatile, reliable FB. Played all 17 games, logging 429 snaps (110 offense, 319 ST), Had 6 catches for 45 yards, 1 run for 5 yards but made them count for 2 TDs and 5 first downs.<\/p>\n<p>\n  Wide Receivers<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/josh-reynolds\/\" title=\"Josh Reynolds\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Josh Reynolds<\/a> \u2014 Brought his 9th-year veteran presence to the WR room. Averaged 54 offensive snaps\/game in his 5 games (3 starts) and had 11 receptions for 101 yards, no TDs but a 2-point conversion. Then went on IR the rest of the season with hamstring\/hip issues.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/tyler-johnson\/\" title=\"Tyler Johnson\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tyler Johnson<\/a> \u2014 Signed in March as a street FA, 4th-year vet appeared in 12 games (5 starts) and amassed 12 catches for 197 yards and one TD reception from Justin Fields in the comeback win at Cincinnati.<\/p>\n<p>\n  Tight Ends<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/stone-smartt\/\" title=\"Stone Smartt\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Stone Smartt<\/a> \u2014 4th-year UFA played in 15 games, mostly on special teams (138 ST snaps), then contributed on offense late, making his first 5 catches as a Jet all in the fourth quarter at New Orleans.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/jelani-woods\/\" title=\"Jelani Woods\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jelani Woods<\/a> \u2014 After spending previous 2 seasons on IR, was acquired on waivers from Indianapolis in late August. Played in 4 games with 60 offensive snaps and had his first reception in 3 years, a 4-yarder, vs. New England in Week 17.<\/p>\n<p>\n  Offensive Line<\/p>\n<p>G <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/alijah-vera-tucker\/\" title=\"Alijah Vera-Tucker\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Alijah Vera-Tucker<\/a> \u2014 For the third time in 4 years, had his season end due to injury prematurely \u2014 very prematurely in &#8217;25 with a triceps tear the week before the season opener. When healthy, AVT has been extremely productive and versatile with 43 career starts, at RG (20 starts), LG (16), RT (6) and LT (1).<\/p>\n<p>G <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/john-simpson\/\" title=\"John Simpson\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">John Simpson<\/a> \u2014 5th-year guard was joined by C Joe Tippmann as only Jets O-linemen to start all 34 games past 2 seasons. Simpson was one-fifth of the 5 linemen who were the NFL&#8217;s only OL group in &#8217;25 to start all 17 games together.<\/p>\n<p>OL <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/max-mitchell\/\" title=\"Max Mitchell\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Max Mitchell<\/a> \u2014 4th-year Jet had odd season: most career games played (15), fewest offensive snaps (73). Got 7 plays at LT, 1 at LG, the rest as third TE, where he got 3 starts.<\/p>\n<p>T <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/team\/players-roster\/chukwuma-okorafor\/\" title=\"Chukwuma Okorafor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chukwuma Okorafor<\/a> \u2014 7th-year pro who saw limited action in his 14 games.
