A property that formerly housed a Speedway convenience store and fuel station on Routes 1 and 9 in Union County has sold for $4.5 million.<\/p>\n
Rona 22 LLC, which operates as Fuel One, purchased the property from Speedway LLC and plans to continue operating the Linden property as a fuel and convenience destination, according to a news release.<\/p>\n
Located at 701 E. Edgar Road, the property includes a 3,650-square-foot freestanding building on 1.84 acres along a key commercial corridor.<\/p>\n
Fuel One plans to start renovations immediately and expects to open in the near future. <\/p>\n
The transition ensures the Linden community will maintain access to fuel and convenience services at the location.<\/p>\n
Woodbridge-based NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., a commercial real estate agency, arranged the sale. <\/p>\n
