A new long-term lease has been signed by Simone Development Companies<\/a> with the Bronx Chamber of Commerce<\/a> for 1,841 square feet of office space at the Hutchinson Metro Center<\/a>, located at 1200 Waters Pl.<\/p>\n While the Bronx Chamber of Commerce already has an operating space within the building, this relocation will nearly double its footprint. Both Simone Development Companies and the Bronx Chamber of Commerce were represented by in-house leasing and legal teams during negotiations.<\/p>\n \u201cSimone Development Companies has long been a committed partner in the Bronx\u2019s economic growth, and our decision to expand within Hutchinson Metro Center reflects the strength of that relationship,\u201d Bronx Chamber of Commerce President Lisa Sorin said in a statement.<\/p>\n \u201cTheir continued investment in creating a high-quality, mixed-use campus has helped foster a dynamic business environment that supports employers, institutions and community organizations alike.
