Melania Trump seems to have some big plans for 2026.<\/p>\n

Rob Shuter reported in the Friday, February 6, edition of his Naughty But Nice <\/a>Substack that the First Lady, 55,<\/a> is planning to make New York City her home base instead of Washington, D.C., while continuing to visit Florida, where her husband, President Donald Trump, has his Mar-a-Lago estate.<\/p>\n

\u201cD.C. was always temporary in her mind,\u201d a source told Shuter, noting, \u201cMelania is a New York woman.\u201d<\/p>\n

Melania\u2019s son, Barron Trump, is also based in Manhattan, as the 19-year-old is studying at New York University.<\/p>\n

Additionally, insiders told Shuter, the former model is looking to launch an eponymous lifestyle and luxury brand selling a wide range of goods, including fragrance, skincare, fashion items, and home goods. Melania will reportedly collaborate with her stylist Herv\u00e9 Pierre and even encompass her new production company, Muse Films.<\/p>\n
