Children under 18 account for 52% of cases, and the city is reporting four pediatric flu deaths for the first time this season.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) activity is highest among kids under 5, while COVID-19 case counts remain low at about 700 last week.
