President Trump slammed the Super Bowl LX halftime show<\/a>, headlined by Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, as \u201cone of the worst, EVER\u201d and \u201can affront to the Greatness of America.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn\u2019t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence,\u201d Trump wrote in a lengthy Truth Social post<\/a> minutes after the show concluded Sunday night.<\/p>\n

His complaints hinged on Bad Bunny\u2019s discography, which is exclusively in Spanish, and the choreography that he called \u201cdisgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump said the show was \u201can affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn\u2019t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence.\u201d AP<\/p>\n

\u201cNobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World. This \u201cShow\u201d is just a \u201cslap in the face\u201d to our Country,\u201d Trump continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven\u2019t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Bad Bunny\u2019s performance featured a swath of references to the Grammy-award-winning artist\u2019s home, transplanting the island nation\u2019s natural beauty smack in the center of Levi\u2019s Stadium.<\/p>\n

During the performance, Bad Bunny trekked through stalks of greenery, flanked by farm workers, before he made his way to the heart of a real-life wedding ceremony.<\/p>\n

Trump blasted the dancing during Bad Bunny\u2019s performance as \u201cdisgusting.\u201d AP<\/p>\n

Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin made cameos during the show. In one brief aside, Bad Bunny handed his Grammy Award to Liam Conejo Ramos \u2014 the 5-year-old boy from Minneapolis who was released from ICE custody last week<\/a> after the photo of his detainment went viral.<\/p>\n

At the end of the show, Bad Bunny held up a football that read \u201cTogether We Are America.\u201d In the background, a Jumbotron also read \u201cTHE ONLY THING MORE POWERFUL THAN HATE IS LOVE.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump ended his post with one last jab toward the \u201cridiculous new Kickoff Rule,\u201d which he previously called a core part of \u201csissy football.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

The rule is intended to protect the athletes against brutal head-on collisions, which are proven to shorten entire careers and lead to debilitating conditions like Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy<\/a>.<\/p>\n
