Gabriella Bass for NY Post<\/p>\n<p>The union said members at Montefiore and Mount Sinai hospitals will vote on whether to ratify the contracts and return to work this week.<\/p>\n<p>The three-year deal <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/01\/22\/us-news\/nyc-hospital-warns-striking-nurses-theyll-lose-health-benefits-as-work-stoppage-drags-on\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">affects roughly 10,500 of the some 15,000 nurses on strike<\/a> at some of the city\u2019s biggest private, nonprofit hospitals, with thousands of beds among them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor four weeks, nearly 15,000 NYSNA members held the line in the cold and in the snow for safe patient care,\u201d Nancy Hagans, president of the New York State Nurses Association, said in a statement. \u201cNow, nurses at Montefiore and Mount Sinai systems are heading back to the bedside with our heads held high.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nurses remain on strike at NewYork Presbyterian.
