Red Bull New York<\/a> have acquired defender Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty<\/a> from CF Montr\u00e9al<\/a> in exchange for midfielder Wiki Carmona<\/a>, the clubs announced Monday.<\/p>\n

Marshall-Rutty joins his fourth MLS club after stints with Montr\u00e9al, Toronto FC<\/a> and Charlotte FC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Originally a Toronto homegrown product, the 21-year-old Canadian international spent last season on loan with Charlotte. He has 1g\/8a in 112 regular-season appearances.<\/p>\n

Carmona has spent the last five seasons with RBNY, contributing 6g\/6a in 118 games (all competitions). The 22-year-old earned his first senior cap with Venezuela last October.<\/p>\n
